PathBind is a decision-training platform that allows creators to build adaptive learning experiences and learners to practice decision-making through branching scenarios.

You own the content you create on PathBind. By uploading source documents, you confirm you have the right to use them. PathBind processes your content to generate scenarios but does not claim ownership.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Device-based (anonymous) usage does not require an account but limits cross-device access.

Do not use PathBind to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Free and paid plans have different limits on published experiences, AI generations, and features. Exceeding limits may restrict functionality until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

PathBind is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We aim for high reliability but do not offer SLAs on the free plan.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
